  • The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers paid a company called the Nonprofit Empowerment Group from 2021-2025 to provide leadership training for staff, according to a Daily Wire report reviewing federal contracting records.
  • The company was founded by an individual who also serves as a director of a nonprofit organization that analysts have linked to networks associated with the Muslim Brotherhood, raising questions about the affiliations of people connected to the contract.
