  • Regan Darby Prater, 27, of Tennessee, was charged with attempting to provide material support to Hezbollah, according to a federal indictment.
  • Prater was previously indicted for allegedly firebombing the Highlander Center, a nonprofit research and education center in New Market, Tenn., where prosecutors say he spray-painted a symbol linked to a World War II-era Romanian Nazi organization.
  • Court filings allege he attempted to send personally identifiable information of individuals purportedly affiliated with the Israeli government to Hezbollah; he pleaded not guilty and is scheduled for trial April 14. READ MORE
