  • Dallas Humber, 35, of Elk Grove, Calif., admitted to leading the transnational white supremacist Terrorgram Collective, pleading guilty to soliciting hate crimes, soliciting the murder of federal officials, and conspiring to provide material support to terrorists.
  • From July 2022 to September 2024, Humber and the Terrorgram Collective inspired and guided attacks worldwide, including plots to attack energy facilities in the U.S., murders in Wisconsin, and violent acts in Slovakia, Brazil, and Turkey targeting racial, religious, and LGBT communities.
