- “Death to America” and “Death to Israel” were prominent chants at the International Al-Quds Day rally in Dearborn, Mich.
- The chant came while Dearborn activist Tarek Bazzi, a Michigan-based activist associated with the Hadi Institute, was speaking against U.S. support for Israel. He quoted Malcolm X, calling America “one of the rottenest countries that has ever existed on this Earth.”
