Ruba Almaghtheh, 34, was arrested in Indianapolis after driving her car into a building she thought was a Jewish school but was actually used by Black Hebrew Israelites.
Almaghtheh claimed she attacked the building due to her offense over the “Hebrew Israelite” symbol on its front, inspired by news coverage of the Israel-Hamas war.
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) labeled her a “terrorist,” and arrested her on a preliminary charge of criminal recklessness.
