  • Rondell Henry, 32, of Germantown, Md., pleaded guilty to planning an ISIS-inspired attack at a nearby airport in Maryland.
  • Henry admitted to stealing a U-Haul van and driving to Dulles International Airport with the intent to harm people by driving through a crowd, but he abandoned the plan due to insufficient crowd size.
