- Samuel Fowlkes, who identifies as nonbinary, was arrested on charges of resisting arrest, assault and evading arrest, among others, and is being held on $22,500 bail.
- Two other members, Meghan Grant and Christopher Guillott, were arrested on collective charges of resisting arrest, interfering with public duties and assaulting a peace officer.
