Florida Man Gets 20 Years for Helping ISIS

  • Romeo Xavier Langhorne, 32, of St. Augustine, Fla. was sentenced to 26 years in federal prison for attempting to provide material support to ISIS.
  • Langhorne affirmed his support in 2018 and 2019 on various social media accounts and also posted terrorist group-produced videos to YouTube.
  • In 2019, Langhorne told an undercover FBI agent, who was posing as someone working on behalf of ISIS, that he wanted help to create and post an instructional video on bomb-making. Read More

Father of Al Qaeda Terrorist Deported

  • Mohammed Wali Zazi, 66, who was a naturalized citizen, was removed from the U.S. and sent to Afghanistan by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO).
  • Zazi was convicted of visa fraud, obstruction of justice and conspiracy to obstruct justice in February 2012.
  • The U.S. Magistrate Judge revoked Zaziā€™s naturalization in November 2018, and his Certificate of Naturalization was canceled.
  • Zazi’s son, Najibullah Zazi, is a member of al-Qaeda and was convicted of conspiring to bomb the New York subway in 2009. Read More

  • Van Tatenhove spoke about the organizationā€™s propaganda efforts and radicalization. Hired as the Oath Keepers’ national media director in 2014, he has not been actively involved with the group since about 2017. Read More
