  • Christopher Ostroushko, Deyanna Ostroushko, and Paige Ostroushko were charged in a federal indictment unsealed April 29 with assaulting journalist and Turning Point USA contributor Savannah Hernandez while she was reporting on an anti-ICE protest on federal property in St. Paul, Minn., on April 11.
  • The Justice Department said Hernandez was allegedly surrounded, physically assaulted, and shoved to the ground after the defendants identified her as a conservative journalist.
  • Christopher Ostroushko and Paige Ostroushko were also charged with willfully and forcefully injuring and intimidating the journalist; the FBI, Homeland Security Investigations, and the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office are investigating. READ MORE
