Jury Convicts Proud Boys for Jan. 6 Felonies

  • Five members of the Proud Boys were found guilty of multiple felonies, with four of them guilty of seditious conspiracy for their actions before and during the U.S. Capitol breach on Jan. 6, 2021.
  • The defendants were found guilty of plotting to oppose the lawful transfer of presidential power and prevent Congress and federal law enforcement officers from discharging their duties.
  • The defendants include Henry “Enrique” Tarrio, Ethan Nordean, Joseph Biggs, Zachary Rehl, and Dominic Pezzola.
  • The defendants were also found guilty of obstruction of an official proceeding, conspiracy to prevent Members of Congress and federal law enforcement officers from discharging their duties, civil disorder, and destruction of government property. Read More
