Joshua R. Plotner and George G. Dugas of Spokane, Wash. were arrested in connection to Patriot Front graffiti on the Gonzaga University campus.
Plotner previously paid the bail for seven Patriot Front members, arrested in Coeur d’Alene earlier this year. Read More
