Two Americans Killed in Terror Attack

It’s still unclear whether ISIS or a local Islamist group was behind a July 29 terror attack in Tajikistan that left two Americans dead, alongside Dutch and Swiss nationals. While ISIS claimed responsibility, local authorities said the Islamic Renaissance Party of Tajikistan carried out the attack on seven cyclists.

Initially a car rammed the group and then five attackers are said to have exited the vehicle to assault the cyclists.
