Boko Haram, an Islamist terror group, recently slaughtered 63 Nigerians in two separate attacks on mosques, possibly because the imams had spoken out against Islamic extremism. In one of the the attacks alone, 26 survivers were hospitalized with gunshot wounds.

In a previous attack, the group slaughtered at least 30 school children for the crime of participating in Western, secular education. To date, Boko Haram has been linked to the deaths of 3,600 Nigerians, with almost weekly attacks on Christian churches.

The U.S. State Department has refused to designate Boko Haram as a Foreign Terrorist Organization.

Please sign the Clarion Project’s petition – which we will send to the White House – and call on the Obama administration to designate this brutal group as a Foreign Terrorist Organization.
