This Islamic State is operating a training camp in the Philippines, a new video seemingly shows.

The revelation came as a supposedly ISIS-inspired group killed 14 Christians on Christmas Day in several villages in the southeast-Asian country.

Some 65 percent of Philippinos are Catholic, with 10% Muslims. However, groups such as the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) and Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighter (BIFF) are waging a terror war against the central government.
