ISIS supporters publicly stoned to death two supposedly gay men in Allepo, Syria. The Islamic State issued photographs of the event in a city square on October 25.

Stoning is frequently used as a punishment by ISIS. A year ago Clarion Project reported on a father joining in the murder of his daughter whom ISIS has accused of committing adultery. The video of that event can be viewed here.

Warning, very graphic, disturbing images

Meanwhile, ISIS flexed its muscles in Yemen, where it threatened mixed-sex universities in Aden and demanded all faculty and staff attend prayers, even during class time.

“We intend fighting with an iron fist all those who fight Allah and his messenger,” a statement from the Islamic State read (Arabic). “Sharia is the only law at the university. Boys must be separated from girls. There will be no celebrations inside the university using singing or songs of the devil.”
