HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES - 2021/04/11: A man with a tattoo on the back of his head related to neo-Nazi groups walks away from the protesting crowd after partaking in a physical altercation with counter-protesters. Upon word spreading amongst various social media and messaging platforms that there was to be a "White Lives Matter" protest at the Huntington Beach Pier at 1pm, a large group of counter protesters arrived at the pier to stop the "White Lives Matter" protest.   • Jason DeSimas, 45, Jason Stanley, 46, Randy Smith, 42, and Daniel Dorson, 27, were sentenced after pleading guilty to one count of committing a hate crime.
  • The four men admitted that they entered a bar in Lynnwood, Wash. with a large group that included fellow members of the Hammerskins, a white supremacist organization, and assaulted a Black man because of his skin color.
  • DeSimas was sentenced to 48 months, Stanley was sentenced to 47 months and nine days, Smith was sentenced to 42 months, and Dorson was sentenced to 28 months.
