Jonathan Kramer of Valencia, Pa., was arrested outside a hotel in Cranberry, where he had allegedly paid cash for a weeklong stay. According to the criminal complaint, searches of Kramer’s hotel room and home uncovered a semiautomatic rifle, loaded rifle magazines, a rifle scope, boxes of ammunition, 30 knives and a note telling people not to look for him.
The FBI said investigators also discovered social media correspondence that led them to believe Kramer was planning an attack in support of ISIS.
Kramer was charged with one count of receiving or transferring a firearm or ammunition while knowing or having reasonable cause to believe it would be used to commit a felony or federal crime of terrorism.
