  • Two men were arrested after setting a woman’s boots on fire in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. Police said the suspects recorded the act and later posted the video on YouTube.
  • Michael Santiago, 31, and Michael James, 33, both of Manhattan, were filming themselves harassing pedestrians and taunting police officers throughout Midtown Manhattan before they were taken into custody near Bryant Park.
