  • Dalmin Muran, a 29-year-old Sacramento resident, was arrested following an investigation into suspicious activities at East Sacramento County schools, where he allegedly drove onto school grounds at night wearing military-style clothing and night-vision optics, while falsely claiming prior military service and public access rights, prompting concerns over potential threats to students and staff.
  • A search of Muran’s residence uncovered a large arsenal, including modified firearms, an unserialized short-barreled rifle (“ghost gun”) concealed in the attic, hundreds of firearm parts, smoke grenades, flash bangs, and pepper spray, indicating preparation for possible violent acts and escalating fears of domestic extremism.
