- Ammar Abdulmajid-Mohamed Said, a 19-year-old former Michigan Army National Guard member from Melvindale, was arrested on May 13 for plotting a mass shooting at the U.S. Army’s Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command (TACOM) facility in Warren, Mich., on behalf of ISIS.
