  • The Justice Department filed a lawsuit against five individuals who blocked an abortion clinic for violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act in Ft. Myers, Fla.
  • The defendants, Calvin Zastrow, Kenneth Scott, Chester Gallagher, Eva Zastrow, and Katelyn Sims, allegedly trespassed on a reproductive health center’s property and blocked entrances, halting operations.
