  • Swinford used multiple social media accounts to post ISIS propaganda, including a video pledging allegiance to ISIS, burning an Israeli flag, and a manifesto declaring his intent to “cast terror for the sake of Allah,” while encouraging others to engage in “cold-hearted jihad.”
  • Alongside terrorism-related charges, Swinford admitted to downloading and sharing child pornography, facing up to 45 years in federal prison for both possession of child pornography and communicating a threat in interstate commerce.
