  • Brittany Dawn Jeffrey, 33, a Black Lives Matter protester charged with firebombing police cars in Little Rock and North Little Rock, was released after being sentenced to time served.
  • Jeffrey, along with four others, have been charged with numerous federal violations in connection with the arson attack on Little Rock and North Little Rock Police Department police cars and the Arkansas State Police Department in late August 2020.
  • In addition to the sentence of time served, Marshall ordered Jeffrey to serve 18 months on supervised release and to pay $529.30 in restitution to the Little Rock Police Department as well as a $100 special assessment to the court.
