A U.S. District Court judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) of Arizona on behalf of student Mohamed Sabra against Maricopa County Community College.
The lawsuit alleged that lessons and a multiple-choice quiz from a world politics class in 2020 violated Sabra’s religious rights.
CAIR has been identified by the Justice Department as an “entity” of the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood.
