The Islamic Cultural Association (ICA) has a history dating back to 1987 [1]. ICA is affiliated with Muslim Brotherhood groups. Following allegations of public corruption over the sale of a property to the ICA, it was revealed that ICA has direct ties to the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT) [3].
One of the Board Members of ICA, Asim Khan [4] served as the New Jersey chapter president for the Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA), a group that promotes Islamic domination all over the world and unremitting anti-Semitism [5]. ICNA was identified as a Muslim Brotherhood entity from evidence presented at the Hamas fundraising trial of the Holy Land Foundation [6].
